Our Dream

Imagine having a series of small (physical/virtual) gatherings where we can read the highlight stories from community members. We don’t just want to read them. We want to discuss our stories and talk about how they shape life.

We understand that the community must give its members value. That’s why we introduced the contest. We will focus on different themes for each contest. Our winning prize is N20,000 at the moment. We hope to increase the prize and number of winners as we grow. Feel free to share suggestions of other ways to encourage the writers in our community.

First, we will upload the best entries from the contest on the website, to give your stories more visibility. We will also share other contests and opportunities for writers, so you can continue to grow.

We will meet, read stories and discuss, to allow us all to give constructive feedback. Community members will vote for the stories they want to discuss. These meetings WILL BE FREE. No fee!

When we started the Wndrr page, we wanted to build a community. However, we don’t want just anybody. We want people who would write, read and have interesting conversations. That was the idea behind Wndrr (Wanderer). We chose a curious explorer (astronaut) who traverses space (creative, digital, social, mind) and shares whatever they find.
